Work Experience : 2016-2021

Led the work package for the development and procurement of HVDC  converter and synchronous condensers in Corsica for an EPC contract exceeding $100m. Renewed the interconnection between northern Italy, Corsica, and Sardinia in partnership with the Italian Transmission System Operator (TERNA).
● Played a key role in contract negotiations, engaging with suppliers and 4 main stakeholders to secure favorable terms and ensure alignment with project objectives.
● Prepared and delivered presentations to the steering committee to review and validate key decisions.
● Defined scopes and planning with forecast, follow-up, and budget reporting.
● Managed procurement, legal, and contract specialists.

Led European tendering process for the procurement of innovative solutions that reduced development costs of offshore wind projects by €8m.
● Managed procurement, negotiations, and interfaces with suppliers to sign framework agreement for EDF group (with a 30% savings compared to the initial price) and EDF subsidiaries for floating LIDAR.
● Established partnerships and built projects (joint industrial projects, academic projects, and European projects) leveraging EDF investment by a factor of 6 (one of them was on the use of 66kV subsea cables for offshore wind farm inter-array network).
● Defined project management plans (scope, schedule, budget.) for different innovative projects and demonstrators.
● Led development of stochastic cost model (CAPEX and OPEX) for offshore wind to assess future projects based on LCOE (Levelized Cost of Energy).
● Led energy assessment studies for offshore wind projects.
● Led dedicated studies for environmental impact assessment and mitigation: visual impact, underwater noise mitigation during pilling.
